The word yoga means – a Hindu spiritual and austere discipline, a part of which, including breath control, simple meditation, and the assumption of specific bodily postures, is widely practiced for health and relaxation which originated in ancient India. Yoga is very essential in our daily life. It is the most effective way of connecting your soul to God. It balances our mind and body and associates us to the natural world. It gives huge serenity and peace to the person and helps to undertake daily fights in a healthy manner. This way we would also preserve the precious memento given to us by our ancestors.
